About the positionMimbly develops groundbreaking hardware and software solutions in water conservation, microplastic filtration, IoT, and environmental reporting. They are in an exciting growth phase with international ambitions and are now looking for a Customer Success professional who wants to ensure that their customers have the best possible experience – from installation to long-term use. The role is central in connecting sales, technology, and support, and in building the structures that enable growth with satisfied customers in focus.

Your future responsibilitiesIn the role of Customer Success, you will be the customer's primary contact after the deal is signed and will be responsible for a seamless transition from sales to installation, commissioning, and further support. You will work cross-functionally and be proactive in building processes and routines that create structure and customer satisfaction.

Examples of tasks:

  • Take over the customer relationship after the deal is signed and coordinate the handover from sales

  • Plan and drive installation projects together with technicians and partners

  • Ensure that the customer is prepared and has the right conditions for installation

  • Follow up on installation and conduct basic introduction and training

  • Perform troubleshooting and service on-site at the customer

  • Handle incoming support cases and further develop the support structure

  • Work proactively with customer follow-up and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technology teams to ensure customer value

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in customer-facing B2B roles, e.g., in Customer Success, technical support, or project management

  • Is used to coordinating deliveries and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

  • Has experience with technical solutions and physical installation

  • Has good structure in case management and documentation

  • Is comfortable communicating with both technicians and the customer’s various functions

  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Has a driver's license
